ASHLIE.bmp
Ashlie Von Stroh has been a massage therapist since 1998 and a Pilate's Instructor since 2003.  Ashlie completed 500 hours of massage therapy study with a focus on "SMRT-Spontaneous Muscle Release Technique".  This is a unique process that is gentle yet extremely effective.  Ashlie's massage technique waits for the body to release and then moves the muscles back into place creating muscle memory.  Over time that can relieve pain or prevent reoccurrences.  She also has experience with MFR-Myofacial Release, Cranial Sacral, Pregnancy, Reflexology, Deep Tissue, Swedish, Opening Fascia, Reiki, Equine and much more. By gaining an understanding of the body's core and how it works Ashlie can help you incorporate that into every day life.  Ashlie's training in Pilates can also help in re-educating the body, by gaining an understanding of the body's core and how it work and interrelates to other areas of the body.
